Whole school assembly

Our first whole school assembly in term 4 is on Friday 2nd November in the school hall at 2pm and Tiakitanga (Team 4) will be leading. Everyone is welcome to come along.

Sunhats in Term 4

All children must wear a sunhat when playing outdoors in Term 4 and Term 1. Please make sure your child has a hat at school at all times this term.  A named hat to keep at school would be a great option.

It is also a good idea to have sunscreen in your child’s bag – the roll on types don’t tend to leak and are easy for children to apply. The office always has a pump bottle of sunscreen children or adults can use in terms 1 and 4 at any time. Teachers talk to the children about sun and water safety but parents and caregivers should be explaining why sunblock, hats and sunglasses are a good idea in the summer and how these protect us from too much sun.

Leavers and new enrolments

Thank you to all the families that have let us know they are moving and their children will not be returning to Glamorgan next year. We wish you all the very best in your new homes and schools.

Please let us know if you are not returning next year or you have children as new enrolments in 2019. This allows us to plan the 2019 classes and keep numbers in them as evenly spaced as possible.
