Term 2 ends at 3pm tomorrow Friday 8th July
Term 3 starts at 9am on Monday 25th July and ends at 3pm on Friday 30th September
Kia ora koutou. Hello everyone.
As we head into the end of term break we thank all of you for your continued support and help, especially in these difficult winter months with many colds, coughs and flu around, as well as covid to deal with. Due to your vigilance in watching for symptoms, testing when needed and children staying home when sick, we have managed to keep the school open all term, even though it was a close call for a wee while there with sick teachers as well! Thank you also to our amazing pool of relief teachers – they have been anything but part time!
At the time of writing this newsletter we are finishing the term at the orange setting of the covid framework and unless the Government changes the levels, we will continue to follow our school covid framework at the orange level in term 3. You can find this framework under the covid button on the school website.
I hope you all manage to have a break over the next few weeks and we look forward to welcoming the children back on 25th July for term 3.

Thank you so much for your support, you gave three large boxes full of new PJs to donate to the Middlemore Foundation, for children who have no winter PJs at home as well as $696.20 in money donations. Your support is fantastic and the children had fun in their PJs at school all day too!
