Home School Partnership

We know that parents and whānau play a huge part in a child’s learning every day. Learning at home gives our children the opportunity to practice tasks learned in class, and helps them work towards improving important skills. We also know it supports children to become confident and independent in their learning, which will help develop good attitudes to learning throughout their time at school and in adult life.

Glamorgan School staff members encourage the sharing of learning between home and school. We are interested in hearing about the learning that has taken place at home and are keen to share alongside students the learning that is occurring at school. The Home School Partnership is focused on sharing information about learning in Mathematics and Literacy.
